How to delete your Nomila data
Any user, in any region, can delete their data at any time — free of charge. Choose whichever option is easiest for you.

Nomila Inc. lets any user, in any region, delete their data at any time, free of charge. You have three options:
Three ways to delete
1Delete in the app Fastest
Open Nomila → Settings → Account → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your profile, connected-account tokens, inbox/deal data, and brand scores, and revokes Nomila's access to your connected services.
2Disconnect a single integration
To remove data from just one connected service (e.g., Gmail or Instagram), open Nomila → Settings → Connections, and tap Disconnect next to that service. We delete the data and tokens associated with that integration.
3Email request
Email privacy@nomila.co from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data." We will verify your request, delete your data, and send you a confirmation code and the status of your request.
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

- OAuth tokens for connected services
- Ingested messages and detected deals
- Generated drafts
- Your brand scores
Some records may be retained only where required by law (e.g., financial/tax records) or in anonymized, aggregated form that cannot identify you.
02Revoking access at the source
You can also revoke Nomila's access directly with each provider:
- Google — myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Meta / Facebook — Settings → Apps and Websites
- Microsoft — account.microsoft.com privacy
- TikTok — Settings → Security → Manage app permissions
- Spotify — Account → Apps
