The agreement between you and Nomila when you use our AI-assisted tools to score your athlete brand and manage sponsorship opportunities.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 (or the age of majority required to form a contract in your jurisdiction). If you use Nomila on behalf of an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind it.

03The service

Nomila provides AI-assisted tools to score your athlete brand, detect and manage sponsorship opportunities, and draft communications. AI-generated outputs (scores, drafts, suggestions) are informational; you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you send or act on.

Nomila is not a financial, legal, tax, or agency advisor.

04Your accounts & connected services

You are responsible for your credentials and for the third-party accounts you connect (Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Spotify). Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, and you authorize Nomila to access them only as you direct.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

• Violating any law or third-party rights
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Reverse-engineering or disrupting the service
• Using it to harass or deceive

You must comply with the platform policies of any connected service.

06Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nomila a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You represent you have the rights to the content you provide.

07Intellectual property

Nomila and its software, branding, and the MIA scoring methodology are owned by Nomila Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app.

08Fees

If paid features are offered, applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented at purchase.

09Termination

You may stop using Nomila and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service or users.

10Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomila is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nomila against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

13Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, except where prohibited by law.

14Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We will update the effective date above.
