Privacy Policy
How Nomila collects, uses, and protects your information — and the choices and rights you have over it.
Effective June 25, 2026 | Last updated June 25, 2026
Nomila Inc. ("Nomila," "we," "us") operates the Nomila mobile and web application, an AI-powered platform that helps athletes understand and monetize their brand. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using Nomila you agree to this Policy.

- Google / YouTube — Channel and video analytics (subscribers, views) to score your brand.
- Meta / Instagram — Profile and audience insights, and direct messages, to detect and manage brand deals.
- Microsoft / Outlook — Inbox message content to detect brand/sponsorship messages.
- TikTok — Public profile, stats, and video analytics to score your brand.
- Spotify — Top artists/tracks and playlists to enrich your brand profile.
Usage & device data: app interactions, log data, device identifiers, and diagnostics.
02How we use information
We use your information only to provide and improve user-facing features of Nomila: detecting sponsorship opportunities, scoring your marketability, generating draft replies, managing your inbox, and supporting your account. We also use it for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
03Google user data (Limited Use)
Nomila's access to Google user data is limited to the scopes you grant (gmail.readonly, gmail.send, youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly) and is used only to provide the email- and analytics-based features described above.
Nomila's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, we do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not allow humans to read your Google data except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
You can revoke Nomila's access at any time in your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the integration in the app.
04How we share information
We share data only with:
- Service providers / sub-processors that operate our infrastructure and AI features under contract (e.g., cloud hosting, model providers used to generate drafts), bound to confidentiality and use restrictions.
- The recipients you choose when you send a message or reply.
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not otherwise sell or rent your data.
05Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a commercially reasonable period unless a longer period is required by law.
06Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, restricted access, and secure secret storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
07Your rights & choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and disconnect any integration, at any time. All users — regardless of location — may request deletion of their data at any time, free of charge.
See our Data Deletion instructions or email privacy@nomila.co. You may also revoke third-party access directly with each provider (Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Spotify).
08Children
Nomila is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
09International users
We may process data in the United States and other countries; we apply this Policy wherever we operate.
10Changes
We will post changes here and update the "Last updated" date; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
